Standard Vessel Departure Days
Standard vessel departure days are Wednesdays and Saturdays. We offer extended cut-off times for all of your shipping needs. As long as your order is received at our City of Industry, CA dock by noon the day prior to the sailing, we will make space available for loading.

Transit Time
Vessels arrive at the port of Honolulu 5 days after departure. For example, Wednesday departures arrive on Sunday and Saturday departures arrive on Wednesday. We will have your freight unloaded and delivered 24-48 hours after the container is made available at the port.
Weekly Sailings from Hawaii to the Continental U.S.
Call Customer Service at 800-533-4826, and we will arrange to pick up your freight locally. You can also drop off your freight at one of our New York Terminals. You must make a booking with our Customer Service department prior to delivering freight for eastbound movement.
Eastbound Transit Time
The vessel arrives at the port of New York 6 days after leaving Oahu. Your freight will be available for pick-up or scheduled for delivery within 2 business days after the container is available at the port of New York.
TIPS
The shipper has the responsibility to properly mark the shipment and package it in such a way that damage does not occur through normal rigors of transportation. When damages occur, the shipper should assist in repairs when practical and possible to do so.

Pennsylvania Freight Forwarding Details
Cutoff
12:00 noon, Friday week before sailing.
In order to guarantee your freight is loaded on the next departure, your freight must be at our City of Industry, CA terminal no later than 12:00 noon (PST) the Friday before the sailing.
Freight that arrives after 12:00 noon on Friday may not be moved on that week’s sail.
If you have urgent freight arriving after the cutoff, please contact our customer support team at 866-899-5945 to notify them, and they will do their best to accommodate. Please be prepared with as much detail on the freight arriving, so we can reserve enough space on the vessel.
Transit Time
The transit time from California to Pennsylvania is 14 days over the ocean. Please allow at least 48 hours for the container to be off-loaded and made available for delivery or will-call.
